- UNIT NO. 2 July 1986 SALEM UNIT NO. 2 The Unit began the period operating at full power.

At 0639 hours0.0074 days <br />0.178 hours <br />0.00106 weeks <br />2.431395e-4 months <br />, the same day, a Reactor Trip occurred as a result of a voltage spike on 2B Vital Instrument Bus caused by personnel error during testing of the instrument inverter.

  1. 23 Steam Generator Hi-Hi Level as a result of governor control problems with #21 Steam Generator Feed Pump.
