SAFETY EVALUATION OF THE MAINE YANKEE ATOMIC POWER COMPANY (MYAPC)
REPORT YAEC-1447, " APPLICATION OF RETRAN-02/M00 02 AND BIRP TO THE ANALYSIS OF THE MSLB ACCIDENT AT MYAPC" We have completed the review of the MYAPC report YAEC-1447, " Application of RETRAN-02/ MOD 02 and BIRP to the Analysis of the MSLB Accident at MYAPC,"
submitted by MYAPC in a letter dated November 20, 1984.
We have concluded that MYAPC has demonstrated, in the above stated submittal, the capability to perform main steam line break analysis using the RETRAN-02/ MOD 02 Computer Code.
