Additional Information on Cycle 11 Core Reload Methodology Attachment I contains the Fort Calhoun Station Cycle 11 CESEC-III basedeck which is being submitted to support your review of Reference 2.

The in-tormation consists of a listing of the basedeck input data descriptions, the plant specific model values and Cycle 11 specific input data.

It should be noted that the CESEC basedeck is updated every cycle to accommo-date changes in the fuel reload pattern and plant modifications (if any). contains information excerpted from the analysis evaluating the Cycle 11 changes.

These changes in plant operating characteristics are either reflected as changes to the basedeck or used as case specific input data for the various transients.

Please note that this submittal contains client specific information and methods which have been designated proprietary by Combustion Engineering, Inc.

It is the opinion of CE that the information in question contains trade secrets and/or privileged or confidential commercial or financial information.

The CE information was purchased by the District under e proprietary information agreement.

The information for which proprietary treatment is-sought is contained in the 7

CESEC III code basedeck listing which includes the input data description and the Fort Calhoun Station model input data valid for Cycle II.
