ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AMENDMENT NO.117 (PC.219; TAC N0.68715) - YANKEE NUCLEAR POWER STATION The Comission has : issued the enclosed Amendment No.117 to Facility.
Operating Licen:,e No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee) ir. response to your application of June 27, 1988.
The amendment changes the Technical. Specifications by adding four isolation valves, in two spare penetrations, to Table 3.6-1, Containment Barriers.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Comission's, next regular biweekly Federal Register notice.

117. are hereby incorporated in the license. The licensee shall o erate the facility in accordance with the Technical Specifications.
3.
This license amendment is effective when the two penetrations are installed and declared operable.
