INDUSTRIAL SECURITY PLAN re
Dear Dr. Grace:
In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.54(p) and Mr. Roger D. Walker's letter of February 7,1986, Carolina Power & Light Company herewith transmits four copies of Amended Revision 11 to the Industrial Security Plan for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2. The revision involves the modification / replacement of the electronic security system.
The revision contains no changes which would be known to decrease the effectiveness of the Industrial Security Plan or the level of security provided.
Portions of the attached have been designated as Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provision of 10CFR73.21. It is requested that those parts of the attachment which are not protected in accordance with 10CFR73.21 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR2.79(dXI).
