Pursuant to the Board's Memorandum and Order of April 16, 1985 authorizing tape recorded depositions and 10 CFR 96 2.718(a) and 2.740a(c), the Board authorizes James Sharp of 307 Granville Road, Chapel Hill, N.C. 27514, to serve as the independent operator of audio equipment, to record the depositions, to administer oaths, and to serve as the officer for' purposes of the depositions described in the first paragraph of the April 16 Memorandum and Order.
Mr. Guild advised the Board by telephone that Mr. Sharp is Mr.
Eddleman's - nominee for this purpose. The Board is assuming that the parties will have no objection. to Mr. Sharp's service. Should any party have any such objections, they should be communicated to the Board Chairman forthwith.
