ENTAL EPORT The subject deficiency was initially reparted to NRC-0IE Inspector R. W. Wrigit on January 27, 1981 in accordance with 10 TR 50.55(e) as NG BLN BT 8003 This was followed by our interim reports dated February 24, April 27, and December 22, 1981 and May 24 and August 23, 1982. The first supplemental mport was subnitted on Jme 13, 1984.
Below is our aecond supplenental report.
As discussed wLth Inspector A. Ignatonis on March 20, 1985, the date of March 30, 1985 for completion or corrective actions for unit 1 indicated in our first supplanental report on this matter would not be met. Actions concerning the modification of fim protection piping per Em 1212 have been rescheduled to reflect the revisai mit 1 fuel load date. The corrective action cn this matter will be completed by March 30, 1987 If you have any questions, please get in touch with R. H. Shell at FTS 858-2688.
