We have. reviewed your submittal date'd May 10, 1984 (P-84138) concerning the testing of-the Fort St. Vrain Dewpoint Moisture Ponitors (DPMMs) at 70 percent of full power. Our. review covered the test procedures and results of your tests. We conclude that the testing was performed using acceptable procedures. The results of the tests indicate the response time of the DPMMs meets the previously approved performance criteria.

Our Safety Evaluation of this issue is enclosed.
