Ry letter dated May 2,1986, you submitted a proprietary Westinghouse document entitled " Reload Safety Evaluation, Beaver Valley Nuclear Plant, Unit 1, Cycle 6", dated March 6, 1986. We have completed our review of that report; details of our review may be found in the enclosed safety evaluation.

We find that the unit may be reloaded and operated for Cycle 6 without undue hazard to the health and safety ~of the public. This completes our efforts regarding this action.
