We have received a copy of your application dated July 14, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application revised Relief Request No. I-00008 submitted June 29, 1984, for the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit No.1.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170 were not remitted with your application because your Company determined this submittal contained information which was supplemental to the June 29, 1984 request. The ONRR staff has informed us that review had been completed on the June 29 submittal prior to their receipt of the July 14 revision, and your Company was notified of their approval by letter dated July 22, 1986. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the required application fee of
$150 for your July 14 request. Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
