-for an additional extension of time to file a motion for a protective order relating to Enclosure 6, a proprietary portion of Carolina Power & Light Company's (CP&L)
December 23, 1998 license application, and there being no opposition thereto, it is ORDERED, that the BCOC March 17, 1999 motion to extend the date for filing a protective order motion is oranted.
Any motion for a protective order regarding Enclosure 6 to,
the CP&L application shall be filed on or before Fridav, March 26, 1999.
The request should include a proposed rder and a statement indicating the position of the other l
. participants with respect to the motion.
