PLACEMENT OF MILAM WORK RECORD AND RELATED DOCUMENTS IN PDR
-The enclosed documents, the Milan " work record," were provided to the NRC by the Government Accountability Project. The documents are comprised of the personal notes including candid comments and observations made by Mr. Sam Milam III during his tenure at General Electric, San Jose, California.
Additionally, included are documents he acquired during his employment at General Electric. Allegations concerning GE's activities in the early 1980s are based on these documents.
These documents have been reviewed by the NRC and General Electric and can be placed in the public' domain. Please ensure these documents are placed in'the NRC Public Document Room. However,. considering the large quantity of documents involved, we do not think it is necessary to make the IE:09 distribution as is normally the case with vendor related documents. Please return the original documents to Mail Stop EWW-332 for placement in the Vendor Program Branch file room.
