Request Unescorted Access Badge for Mr. Fred Burrows at Beaver Valley Unit 1 Site By letter dated April 22, 1986, I requested your cooperation to arrange for a number of site visits. The site visit by Mr. Burrows would span a period of several days; the issuance of a security badge permitting unescorted access to non-radiation areas would relieve others the burden of escorting him around.

We, therefore, request that such a badge be issued to Mr. Burrows. He currently holds an "L" clearance at the NRC and is an employee of good, standing. He will use his NRC security badge and his driver's license to identify himself to your security personnel, and he plans to undergo the required training to obtain the subject badge.
