In the Matter of ) Docket Noc. 50-327 Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-328 To allow for an expedient review of containment isolation issues associated with the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN), my letter to you dated August 12, 1986 transmitted copies of Systems Standard Design Criteria, NSSS, Containment Isolation, Identification Number 1.14, Revisions 0, 1, and 2, that contain information which is proprietary to the Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

The August 12, 1986 letter requested that those documents be withheld from public disclosure and committed to provide nonproprietary versions of those documents.

This submittal contains the following:

1. One copy each of Westinghouse Proprietary Reports, Identification Number 1.14. " Systems Standard Design Criteria, Nuclear Steam Supply System, Containment Isolation," Revision 0, dated March 1970; Revision 1, dated j October 16, 1970; and Revision 2, dated January 16, 1973 (Enclosure 1).
2. One copy each of Westinghouse Non-Proprietary Reports, Identification Number 1.14-N, " Systems Standard Design Criteria, Nuclear Steam Supply System, Containment Isolation, Revision 0, dated March 1970; Revision 1, dated October 16, 1970; and Revision 2, dated January 16, 1973 (Enclosure 2).
3. One copy of a Westinghouse Application for Withholding Proprietary Information from Public Disclosure, CAW-86-077; Accompanying Affidavit, AW-76-045, and Proprietary Information Notice (Enclosure 3).

This submittal contains information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation and is supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information. The affidavit sets forth the basis in which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by NRC and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
