Chaudhary of this office on August 4-8, 1986 at the Nine Mile Point Unit 2, Scriba, New York, of activities authorized by NRC License Number CPPR-112 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Chaudhary with Mr. R. B. Abbott of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection. Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I Inspec- tion Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspec- tion consisted of selective examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
