In a February 9, 1998 memorandum and order, in accordence with 10 C.F.R. S 2.750(b) the Licensing Board invited the participants to propose corrections to the transcripts for the January 27-29, 1998 prehearing conference. Thereaf ter, based on its review of (1) the proposed corrections submitted by petitioner. State of Utah (State), applicant Private Fuel Storage, L.L.C. (PFS), and the-NRC staff, and-(2) the-transcript in toto, the-Board requested that the court reporter retranscribe the proceeding. The Board received the revised transcript on March 4, 1998, and understands that copies have been provided to all participants who requested transcripts from the court reporter service.

Any participant wishing to propose corrections to the revised transcripts for the January 27-29, 1998 prehearing sessions should do so on or before Fridav, March 13, 1998.

In addition, any participant wishing to make the Board aware of any resulting_ transcript citation changes in pleadings filed subsequent to the January 1998 prehearing-conference L should do so on or before that date, objections to any i proposed transcript corrections to the revised transcript should be filed on or before Fridav, March 20, 1998.

The filings permitted under this memorandum and order should be served on the Board, the Office of the Secretary, and counsel for the other participants by facsimile transmission, e-mail, or other means that will ensure receipt by close of business (4 : 30 p.m. EST) on the day of filing.
