This refers to the meeting held at the Region I Office in King of Prussia, Pennsyl-
vania on July 29, 1986. The topic of discussion was the identification of material
deficiencies during procurement, installation, and testing of system components.
The scope and content of the meeting is described in the enclosed NRC Region I
Meeting Report.
I believe this meeting was mutually beneficial to both the NRC and the Vermont
