Dear Mr. Funches:

In letters to Messrs. William H. Burchette and Blake Tartt dated July 24, 1986, you request data from all of the co-owners of Comanche Peak responsive to the Commission's Regulatory Guide 9.3.

You further state that each applicant should, in addition to addressing changes in its own activities, advise the Commission of other co-owners' changed activities.

Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. shall respond to these requests.

Your letters also request notification should a co-owner elect to provide its data response directly to the Commission rather than-through TUEC.

Brazos intends to provide the requested data to you directly.
