SUMMARY
1.0 INTRODUCTION
From December 11,1995 to September 12,1997, repairs and replacements were performed on items at PBNP Unit 2. These repairs and replacements were completed in the first examination of the second period, of the third 10-year interval at PBNP Unit 2. The time interval for this examination period included the Unit 2 Refueling 22 outage (U2R22) that ran from October 5,1996 to August 16,1997.
2.0 CODE CASES AND INTERPRETAllONS This report utilized the following Code Cases and Interpretations:
2.1 ASME Code Interpretation, Section Vill-1-83-17, which allows for computer generated data report forms to be used in place of Code fonns as long as size, arrangement, and content are identical.
2.2 Relief request PTP-3-06 which allows the use of Code Case N-416-1 requires the use of procedure deviation 96U2-6P003, 3.0 ABSTRACT OF REPAIR / REPLACEMENT 3.1 Repairs / replacements perfomled on ASME Class 1,2 and htC items are documented on the attached NIS-2 forms. Repairs / replacements on ASME Class 3 items are documented on NIS-2 forms and maintained on file at PBNP. They are not included in this report in accordance with ASME Section XI, IWA-6210(c).
