Between March 1,1986 and March 31, 1986, Mr. R. Cook and other NRC
representatives conducted a routine safety inspection of activities authorized
by NRC License No. DPR-73 at your facility. The attached NRC Region I

Inspection Report describes. the areas examined. The inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews
with personnel, and observations by the inspector. At the conclusion of the
inspection, Mr. Cook summarized the inspection findings with you and other
members of your staff.
