This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. J. J. Kottan
of this office on June 9-13, 1986, at Seabrook Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1,
Seabrook, New Hampshire, of activities authorized by NRC License No. CPPR-135
and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Kottan with members of your
staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection included the chemistry, effluent con-
trols, and radioactive waste programs. Within these areas, the inspection
consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records,
interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
