Continuation from February 1986 and March 1986, when the Unit was.taken off line for a

Refueling Cutage.

Refueling was complete' and the Unit returned on line April 3, 1986 at 1057.

April 5,1986, Unit was holding at 215 MW-27% p >wer for Chemistry when commenced rampdown to 0% power for Turbine Overspeed Trip Test.

Unit came off line on April 5, 1986 at 0517.

Turbine-Overspeed Trip Test - was cost,pleted and Unit returned on line April 5, 1986 at 1458.

April 11, 1986, at 0144, Reactor Trip occurred while Unit was holding at '. 633 MW-70% power for Flux Mapping.

Reactor Trip was due to Main Electrical Generator PMG exciter failure.

Reactor was critical on April 15, 1986 at 2039.

Approximately seven hours after reactor became critical, the reactor tripped due to TV-GV transfer performed while in operator auto mode of turbine control.

April 16, 1986 at 0618, the Reactor was critical.

Approximately twelve hours later the reactor was shutdown due to low = specific gravity in 2-III battery.

April 16,.1986 at - 2130 the reactor was critical.

April 16, 1486 at 2359, the Unit came on line.
