Gentlemen:
In Reference (a) Duquesne Light Company committed to make two changes Inoperable Systems Indication logic.
These new design to the Bypassed and changes have been included in Amendment 11 in January 1986 to the Beaver Valley Unit No. 2 Final Safety Analysis Report (FS AR).
