Alleged Use of Controlled Substances by Contractor Personnel This letter refers to a telephone conversation between yourself and Mr. E. Wenzinger of this office on April 2,1986 regarding alleged use and distribution of controlled substances, at another facility in the 1982-84 timeframe, by a contractor believed to have been formerly employed as a QC inspector at your facility.
Mr. Wenzinger provided you with the identity of the alleger so that you can thoroughly investigate this matter. We request that you provide us a report of the results of your in-vestigation when it is complete.
