Alleged Use of Controlled Substance by a Contractor Employee This letter refers to a telephone conversation between yourself and Mr. E. Wenzinger of this office on April 1, 1986 regarding alleged cocaine use by a contractor employee while employed at another facility, but now employed at your facility.
Mr. Wenzinger supplied you with the identity of the person so that you can thor-oughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action (s) per your company's existing policy pertaining to such matters. We request that you provide us a re-port of the results of your investigation of this matter when it is complete.
