While returning to a normal line up, af ter performing reactor protection logic testing, a turbine trip / reactor trip occurred due to an improperly made up cell switch in the reactor trip breaker. On March 16th at 1927 hours0.0223 days <br />0.535 hours <br />0.00319 weeks <br />7.332235e-4 months <br />, the unit was made critical and on March 17th at 1755 hours0.0203 days <br />0.488 hours <br />0.0029 weeks <br />6.677775e-4 months <br /> the unit was synchronized to the grid. The unit remained on line the remainder of the report period ending at a power level of 1052 MWe (99% reactor power) and having an availability factor of Unit 2 The unit entered the reporting period at a power level of 452 MWe (47%

reactor power) . Ramping down of the unit began February 28th at 0245
