SUMMARY
l Scope:
This announced, pre-operational security inspection was conducted in the accompaniment of the Safeguards Reviewer, Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards (ONMSS) who was performing his site confirmatory visit.
Results:
The licensee anticipated full implementation of its security program by late July 1986.
