Dear Mr. Alexich:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated April 30, 1986, which transmitted changes, identified as Revision 12, to the " Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Modified Amended Security Plan," under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We nave reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that, except for those items identified in the enclosure, they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan. These changes are, therefore, acceptable.
For those items identified as being unacceptable under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), the previously approved plan revisions must be followed. Should you want to pursue changing the plan under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p),
you must resubmit the changes modified to address our comments. In those instances where you desire to pursue the changes without modification, they must be resubmitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer that ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P. L.95-511.
The enclosure to your letter contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
