This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of January 21, 1986, (your reference: ANPP-34739-EEVB/JRP/98.07) by which you transmitted Revision 5 to your " Physical Security Plan, Protection of Special Nuclear Materials, Low Strategic Significance" dated April, 1981.
We find the changes to pages 1 through 5 to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
The enclosures to your letter of January 21, 1986 indicated as containing Safeguards Information are being withheld from public disclosure and must be protected and controlled in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
