Seabrook Nuclear Station, Units 1 & 2; Docket Nos. 50-443A, 50-444A; Receipt of Attorney General's Advice Pursuant to Antitrust Review of EUA Power Company
Dear Mr. Harrison:
Pursuant to Section 105c of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, the Attorney General has furnished the Commission its advice regarding EUA Power Company's prospective purchase of approximately 12% of the captioned nuclear plant.
A copy of the Attorney General's letter, dated July 1, 1986, is enclosed for your information.
A copy of the Attorney General's letter will be forwarded to the Office of the FederalRegisterforpublication.
As provided for in Section 2.714 of the Commission s Rules of Practice, 10 CFR Part 2, a petition for leave to intervene and request for hearing on the antitrust aspects of the application may be filed within thirty days after publication of the notice in the Federal Register.
