Quality Assurance Program Description for San Onofre Units 1, 2 and 3 By letter dated June 17, 1986, (M. O. Medford for J. B. Martin) the Southern California Edison Company (SCE) submitted Change Notice Number 15 to Topical Report, SCE-1-A " Quality Assurance Program", Amendment 8, dated July 1985, as the current Quality Assurance Program description for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2 and 3.
Based on our evaluation of the changes implemented by Change Notice Number 15, we find that the revised topical report continues to meet-the criteria of Appendix B to 10 CFR Part 50 and is therefore acceptable for Units 1 and 2 and 3.
