This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. W. Pike of your staff and Mr. K. Landis of the NRC on November 14, 1997, concerning a meeting on Restart requested by the NRC.
The meeting is scheduled for December 12, 1997, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
