i This is in response to your letter dated May 6, 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F01A), copies of the Office of Investigations' report (Case No. 1-84-014) regarding harassment of quality assurance auditors at Nine Mile Point Unit 2 and the transcript of your 1
testimony. This confirms the information conveyed during your telephone conversation with Ms. Linda Robinson on June 25, 1986, in which you inquired I
about the status of your request.

Washington, DC 20555, in the PDR docket file for the Nine Mile Point plant.
4 Enclosed is a copy of the notice that provides procedures and charges copies of the report and the transcript of your testimony (you may o for obtaining copies of records from the PDR in order that exhibit 87) and any other exhibits in which you may be interested, such as your prepared statement (exhibit 88).
