Dear Mr. Vickers:
Enclosed please find a copy of the sixth and final Progress Report of the Evacuation Time Estimate prepared by KLC Associates, Inc.
I am informed by Mr. Lieberman that these Progress Reports, in fact, will constitute chapters in the final report and that the final conclusions will not vary from the previously sutxnitted materials.
Accordingly, I am informing you at this time that the Evacuation Time Estimate prepared by KLD Associates, Inc. is submitted formally as part of the New Hampsnire Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP).
As you are aware, we have already begun incorporating the results of the e.
KLD study into the REHP and we will continue to review our planning efforts to deteratine if any additional modifications are necessary. Given the duplicate nature of the Progress Reports suomitted and the final report, we suggest, that for review purposes, FEMA refer to those Progress Reports Nos.1-6 already submitted.
?
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely, f
