EXPIRATION DATE FOR CONSTRUCTION PERMIT NO. CPPR-137, CLINTON POWER STATION, UNIT NO. 1 As you are aware, Construction Permit No. CPPR-137 for the Clinton Power Station, Unit No.1 expires October 1, 1986. Although it is currently antici-pated that an operating license will be issued for Clinton prior to that time, we wish to remind you that a request for extension of the construction permit should be submitted at least 30 days prior to its expiration date to protect against any unforeseeable circumstances that could delay issuance of an operating license.
