Dear Mr. Maret:
By letter dated December 28,1998, the Commission issued Amendment No.163 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-28 for the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station. We have determined that Mo pages of the SE required correction / clarification. The corrections / clarifications do not change the conclusions reached in the SE. Please replace pages 2 and 3 of the SE with the attached pages.
