1.0 PURPOSE 1,1 Provide direction to maintain A reliable supply of required consumables 2.0 Determining and Recording Consumable Status 2.1 Daily on the day shift, the Outside Rounds Plant Equipment Operator shall submit a completed CM 6,4, Attachment 1, Daily Operations Consumable Status Sheet to the Shift Manager.
2.2 Daily on the day shift, the Shift Manager or designee shall record consumable status via the Shift Narrative Logging Program.
2.3 The Shift Manager or designee will order consumables when required as described in Section 3.0, ' Ordering Consumables or Service."
2.4, Daily on the night shift, the inside Rounds Plant Equipment Operator shall record House Heating Bol'er running hours and Totalizer readings on OPS Form 696.2, O
2.5 Daily on the night shift, the Shift Manager or designee shall record House Heating Boller running hours and Totalizer readings via the Shift Narrative Logging Program.
