Therefore, 10CFR50, Appendix J, Type C testing is not required.
36. This is a remote manual isolation valve. Valve stroke time does not provide an input to the Safety l Analysis. Therefore, verification of isolation time is not 'equired. Valve performance is monitored in '

accordance with Technical Spccification 4.0.5.
