In accordance with your applications dated April 23, 1986, and May 14, 1986, and pursuant to Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Materials License No. SNM-1107 is hereby amended to authorize the transfer to low-level materials to vendors and to revise the Site Emergency Plan.
Item 9 of the License is revised to read:

Authorized Use: For use in accordance with statements, representations, and conditions contained in Chapters 2, 3, and 4 of the application dated March 26, 1984, and supplements dated January 4,1985, and May 14, 1986, and letters dated June 25, 1985, and April 23, 1986.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed for your information is a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report.
