In Reference (d), we reported a 10CFR50.55(e) deficiency regarding overstressed welds that join the expansion joint assemblies to the fuel transfer tube. Reference (d) committed to the corrective actions of reworking the seam closure weld details for the fuel transfer tube and the containment spray valve encapsulation vessels to satisfy ASME III, Code Class 2 criteria. These corrections have been completed.
