Dear Mr.Testor:

Pursuant to your request,I am enclosing the following documents reisting to Vermont Yankee's efforts to place Mr. Massey in a position in the Maintenance Department: (1) a copy of a memorandum from B.R. Buteau to numerous addressees on " Follow items from our re-org meetings." Please note that although the memo is dated June 13,1997, that date reflects only the date of printing from the computer storage disc. i 'Ihe meetings referred to were held in November 1995 ed this memorandum was issued shortly thereafter.
