Dear Mr.Testor:
Pursuant to your request,I am enclosing the following documents reisting to Vermont Yankee's efforts to place Mr. Massey in a position in the Maintenance Department: a copy of a memorandum from B.R. Buteau to numerous addressees (1) on " Follow items from our re-org meetings." Please note that although the memo is dated i June 13,1997, that date reflects only the date of printing from the computer storage disc.
'Ihe meetings referred to were held in November 1995 ed this memorandum was issued shortly thereafter. On page 2, item (3) from the November 20 W== Indicataa that "JKT
