In accordance with your letter dated September 4.1997, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Materials License SNM 95 is hereby amended to authorize organizational changes. Accordingly.
License Condition 10 is revised to include the dates of September 4. 1997 All other Conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are ccpies of License SNM-95 and the Safety Evaluatim Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
