Inspection Report No. 50-443/86-18
This report forwards the findings of the Emergency Plan Implementation
Appraisal, which was conducted March 24-28, 1986, by Mr. W. Lazarus and others
of this office at Seabrook Nuclear Power Station, Seabrook, New Hampshire.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report enclosed with this letter. This appraisal consisted of
selective examinations of procedures, representative records, facilities and
equipment, interviews with personnel, and observations of the inspectors.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified and no
response to this letter is necessary.
Items requiring corrective actions are
categorized in detail 6 of this report, as to whether they must be completed
prior to fuel load or full power license.
