Inspection Report No. 50-443/86-09
This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. N. Blumberg
of this office on April 7-11, 1986, at Seabrook Station, Unit 1, Seabrook,
New Hampshire, of activities authorized by NRC License No. CPPR-135 and to
the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Blumberg with Mr. J. Grillo and
other members of your staff at an exit meeting at the conclusion of the inspec-
tion on April 11, 1986; to an additional discussion of the findings between
Mr. Blumberg and Mr. L. Walsh of your staff on April 11,.1986 subsequent to the
exit meeting; and to a subsequent telephone discussion between_ Mr. Blumberg and
Mr. J. Malone of your staff on April 16, 1986.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
