Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No.135 GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. LPR-16, requests a change to the Technical Specifications.
The subject Technical Specification Change Request is a result of LER 84-001 and would reduce the volume of fuel oil required for the Diesel Generator Fuel Oil Tank. The proposed reduction would provide greater operating flexibility for the fuel oil tank.
In addition, Technical Specification Section 6, has been revised to incorporate the 10CFR50.54 licensed operator staffing requirements.
This Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed and approved by Responsible Technical and Independent Safety Reviewers in accordance with Technical Specification section 6.5.
A check for $150.00 is attached to cover th! fee required for the review of our-spplication for this Technical Specification Change Request.
