1. I am the Director of the New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency (NHCDA).

2. In the event of a radiological emergency at the Seabrook Station, an emergency plan can and will be implemented for the Town of Hampton Falls. In the event that the Town of Hampton Falls will not implement the Town of Hampton Falls Plan, then the State of New Hampshire can and will implement the New Hampshire Compensatory Plan, l so-called, to provide for thej necessary energency respon e capabilfties for the Town of Hampton Falls.
