SUBJECT:
PHYSICAL MOVES In response to your memorandum on the same subject dated November 22, 1985, neither I nor my secretary, L. Toms, would intend to move any furniture during the upcoming relocation, provided there is adequate furniture provided in the offices we will move to (P728).
In that regard I note that there is no secretarial furniture currently in the new location, it is not clear whether the file cabinets and bookcases in the new location will remain, and the current occupant (W. Gammil) is uncertain whether he will need to move any of his furniture. Consequently, I have attached a list of furniture we will need, noting which furniture currently exists in the new location, and recommend that the missing items be moved from our current location (516).
In addition, we intend to move about 30 boxes of files, books and personal belongings.
