MEMORANDUM FOR: SES Members in NRR FROM:
Jesse L. Funches, Director Planning and Program Analysis Staff
SUBJECT:
PHYSICAL MOVES As you know, the NRR reorganization is effective on November 24, 1985. As part of the plan to physically relocate the staff to conform to the new organization, we are planning to move Branch Chiefs. Senior Managers Senior Secretaries, and.some Non-Bargaining Unit administrative personnel beginning in early December.
In preparation for this move please provide me, by employee name, with a list of items you gnd your staff members plan to move. This list should include such things as personal files, personal b'elongings, and your own desk chair, if desired. Please keep furniture moves to a minimum, since the offices you and your staff members will be moving into should have appropriate furniture in place.
If you desire to move additional furniture, due to personal circumstances, please indicate this desire in your listing.
Please provide me with the information by C.O.B. November 27, 1985.
