TECEf;ICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGES Re: Yankee Nuclear Power Station The Commission has issued the enclosed kendment No. 85 d to Facilit Operating License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (yYankee) in response to your application of March 18,19E5 as supplemented May 9 and May 30, 1985.

The amendnent modifies the pressurizer safety valve setpoint tolerance to conform to Section VIII of the ASf1E Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.

A Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Opportunity for Hearing related to the requested action was published in the Federal Pegister on-July 31,1985(50FR31078). No cenments or requests for hearing were received.

A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. This action will appear in the Commission's biweekly notice pLblication in the Federal Register.
