FIRE BRIGADE TRAINING - OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION DOCKET NOS. 50-269, 270, AND 287 Thank ynu for your letter of February 3,1986, which advised that due to other operator required training the practical fire brigade training will not be conducted during calendar year 1986. We concur with your justification; however, the failure to provide annual. fire brigade practical training exercises does not meet the requirements of Technical Specification Section 6.4.1.L. and is considered reportable under the requirements of 10 CFR 50.73.
